 Installation begins approximately 2 weeks after the sale has been completed. We begin by agreeing on an installation date. The morning of that day we will give you a courtesy call to let you know our crew is on its way.
(NOT TO WORRY! Our installers are thoroughly trained and experienced in all window and door replacements.) First we talk to you to see if there is a preference to where you want us to start. Next we carefully move all objects away from our work area. Tarps are laid out to protect your floors and furniture. We will take down and reinstall all blinds and curtains that need to come down.
Every window installation is not the same. We will install the windows and doors the best way for each particular situation. If any trim is damaged we will replace it. All windows are insulated and sealed to guarantee a weather tight installation. New trim inside or outside will be installed if agreed on during the sale. We will vacuum all debris and wash all windows after installation.
We do a final walk through with the customer to ensure all of the windows and doors are working properly and we didn’t miss anything. Finally we load all of your old windows and doors into our work van and make sure the out side of your home is clean from our debris. Now you are free to enjoy your beautiful new windows. |
